What you'll need
- Company: CIPC registration, letter of good standing, goods-in-transit policy schedule, bank confirmation letter, owner's ID
- Each vehicle: RC1 (truck + trailers), roadworthy certificate, vehicle GIT/insurance schedule — rented vehicles also need the rental agreement and owner's permission
- Each driver: ID document, driver's licence, PDP
Documents are stored under unguessable names, downloads are audited, and only our vetting team sees them. Expiry reminders go out at 30, 14 and 7 days.

Before loading you declare the exact truck, trailers and driver for the trip. Their registration numbers and ID must match the verified documents on file.
