In road freight, the transporter you booked often isn't the one who shows up. Loads get passed down a chain of subcontractors to trucks and drivers nobody checked. ManLogX closes that gap in three layers:

  • Verified company: CIPC registration, good standing, goods-in-transit insurance and bank details, checked by our team before the first load.
  • Verified truck: RC1 papers, roadworthy certificate and insurance on file for every truck and trailer. When a document expires, that truck is blocked automatically.
  • Verified driver: ID, driver's licence and PDP, checked the same way.

Before loading, the transporter declares the exact truck, trailers and driver. If they don't match the verified records, the trip can't start. That is the anti-subcontracting gate.

Getting paid

Transporters shouldn't have to wait 30–60 days to get paid

On ManLogX the money is secured before the work starts:

  • Funded trips: when a transporter accepts, the trip amount is held from the shipper's prepaid wallet. The truck rolls only on a funded trip.
  • Milestones: loading, transit, arrival and a signed POD are recorded from the driver app, so both sides can see the job has been done.
  • Settlement: when the shipper confirms delivery, the funds are released to the transporter, minus commission. Automatic reminders go out at 24 and 48 hours if confirmation is slow. Transporters cash out to a verified bank account.

5,000 tonnes becomes hundreds of verified, tracked, paid trips

Chrome, coal, grain, fuel: post the whole contract once, with total tonnage and a rate per ton. Verified transporters draw it down trip by trip, and every trip is a load in its own right:

  • Its own declared, verified truck and driver
  • Its own GPS track and signed POD
  • Its own loading and offloading weighbridge slips. The loaded tons set the trip amount, which is funded from your wallet on the spot.
  • Its own payment, released trip by trip

You see how much of the contract has been drawn down in real time. If a weighed trip goes unfunded, further draw-downs pause, so neither side is ever exposed.
